For most service-based businesses, 2–4 weeks. Brick-and-mortar with build-out can be 3–6 months depending on permits and inspections.

No. Many of our members live in Beaumont, Cherry Valley, or further. The business itself just needs a Banning address or City Business License.

We work closely with City staff and the City Council, but we are an independent 501(c)(6) nonprofit funded by member dues.
